D.O.P. Pago Casa del Blanco

Our exclusive QuiXote Pago wines have been produced on the estate of family bodega Pago Casa del Blanco for many generations. These Pago wines belong to the highest certification level of Spain which are comparable with the Grand Cru of France. Since 2009, the Denomación de Origen Protegida (D.O.P.) Pago Casa del Blanco belongs to one of the 20 single-estate vineyards with the ‘’Vino De Pago’ status. This area strives for the highest possible standards with strict geographic criteria. 

 

A combination of special terroir consisting of volcano soil and the microclimate makes it possible to create unique wines. The grapes are harvested from each plot at their optimal ripening period. Because of this specific harvest process, the Pago wines contain a unique personality with a refined complexity. Our exceptional QuiXote wines can be found in various exclusive Michelin star restaurants all over the world!
